We care deeply for the well-being of our staff, guests and community. We are committed to providing you with fun and escapism in a safe environment. Many areas have been redesigned to provide you with a clean and private space to unwind and relax. Guests who are not fully vaccinated are kindly asked to continue wearing face coverings indoors while on hotel grounds.

Due to our concern for public health and the well-being of our guests and associates, we have adjusted our normal operations in order to promote social distancing.

What We Are Doing to Keep You Safe

Our hotel is open for business to meet the needs of all of our customers. If we become aware of any condition that would make it unsafe, please rest assured that we will address the situation promptly.

TO KEEP YOU SAFE FROM CORONAVIRUS:
We take the health and safety of our guests and associates very seriously. That's why we are going above and beyond to ensure your safety. To put your mind at ease, we want to advise you of the additional health and safety measures we're taking to help keep our guests and associates safe:

Physical Distancing

Signs in public areas will remind our guests to maintain physical distancing. We are also maintaining space between dining parties in our restaurants and taking steps to ensure physical distancing near our pools.

Guest Rooms

To reduce the number of contact points between guests and associates, daily housekeeping of guest rooms will be provided upon request only. We are increasing our already diligent cleaning and sanitizing procedures. That includes using cleaning products and protocols that meet EPA guidelines and are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne pathogens.

Public Spaces

We are going above and beyond our normal cleaning procedures in all common and high-traffic areas. That includes cleaning and sanitizing more frequently with recommended cleaning agents.

Hand Sanitizers

Hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout the resort for the added health and safety of our guests and team members.

Every effort has been made to create an atmosphere that follows federal, state and local guidelines to promote a safe and sanitary environment during your stay. Nevertheless, due to the nature of COVID-19 and how it spreads, it is possible to contract the virus in any public space. While exposure to the virus is unlikely, it is possible. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk in being on our property, and you will hold harmless and release Margaritaville Enterprises, LLC, our affiliates, and our Licensee/Franchisee from any claims resulting in personal injury, illness or loss of life.
