Get out your coats, hats and gloves for one of the most popular winter events at the Lake of the Ozarks. View eagles and other birds of prey in the wild and as a part of the World Bird Sanctuary and Dickerson Park Zoo presentations. The first live eagle program held in 1999 attracted 651 participants. Last year, over 3,700 people attended to make it one of the most successful Eagle Days in years past.

Highlights of the event include live eagles from the World Bird Sanctuary with naturalists on hand to answer questions at Osage National Golf Resort. Programs will begin on the hour each day of the event. Visitors are urged to bring binoculars and cameras for optimal viewing and photo opportunities of wild eagles at Willmore Lodge, on the Celebration Cruises II Yacht and below Bagnell Dam on the Osage River. Activities are also at School of the Osage Heritage Elementary and at the Osage River Access.
