The rates listed above include a standard non-lakeview run of house hotel room with (1) king size bed or (2) double beds. Rooms sleep 1-5 people.

A "Run of house" location means your room location, Resort Complex versus Estates Complex,  will be determined upon check-in.

Rate does not include taxes or nightly Resort Fees.  Rate is subject to availability and may change without notice. Restrictions do apply.

Timber Falls waterpark passes are not included in our room rates. Passes are $ 17 per person per day for hotel guest or $22 per person per day for non-hotel guests.
