Groups have been coming to Tan-Tar-A year after year for the ultimate meeting experience, both indoors and out. Tan-Tar-A offers over 93,000 square feet of unique and flexible function and banquet space, allowing us to accommodate groups of 10 to 3,500 in 27 different rooms. Outdoor venues boast some spectacular views and our indoor meeting rooms can accommodate a variety of events, including exhibits, meetings, receptions, banquets, weddings and much more.

The Grand Ballroom offers 23,160 square feet of space for receptions of 3,500 and banquets of 2,000, dividing into three sections for smaller sessions. To compliment the services offered in our Grand Ballroom, we also have 13 break-out rooms. Windgate Hall’s 30,000 square feet accommodates another 2,700 for receptions. For presentations, our in-house audiovisual department is one of the most comprehensive and well-trained.

The only thing you'll need to worry about is how many rounds of golf you can squeeze into your spare time.
